Dr. Kumar has had a long association with Manipal Healthcare. He taught academic medicine for eight years in Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore. A scholar to the core, his academic career also includes eight years of teaching abroad. He is currently the head of the Plastic surgery department and is among the longest serving consultants in our team of board certified cosmetic / plastic surgeons in India.
